   I would say it's very advisable to use the cream on your hair. Your hair has essential oils that are usually lost and hard to regenerate with thin hair. Do not use it all the time though, as it will be damaging (as with any hair product used too often unless otherwise stated for everyday use).

   As for the right method to apply, you should read the directions, if you're still not sure, then there SHOULD be a 1-800 number you'd be able to call.

   So me and a friend take our open water diving course together. First dive after the course, we’re wading out on a beach and I drop my mask + snorkel in the water. She submerges herself and looks for it. I’m standing up, this is about 4.5′ of water. She’s splashing around and I’m not thinking anything of it, the group is chatting and then someone asks if she’s alright. I turn around right as she stops moving, walk over, reach down and pull her up. Her face is blue and she’s not breathing. Immediately panic sets in, I yell help and inflate her drysuit while the instructor who taught us (just happened to leading the dive) came over and gave her rescue breaths. She started breathing immediately and was fine, but definitely one of the scariest experiences of my life. Even though it was 3 years ago I can still picture her face as I pulled it through the murky water to the surface and how blue it was, even just after a few seconds of not breathing. Turns out she’s gotten stuck inverted due to air trapped in the boots of her drysuit and just panicked, losing her regulator. There were tons of things she could have done, but once you panic all the training goes out the window — especially when you’ve only done it a few times before. We all weren’t paying attention because it was so shallow and hadn’t even considered there might be an issue. She now refuses to dive in cold water. I’ve kept it up, but I’m always on my buddy’s ass and watching out for both of us.

Because costs of invention, marketing, production, and shipping are so low, we'll see more and more specialized products, being invented and made on a relatively small scale, but shipped all over the globe. We don't hear a lot about them, unless we happen to be looking for the particular product they're offering. I recently bought a prescription dive mask from an individual optician, who specializes in such things, in New Jersey. I got 2 day service and an excellent product for little more than I would have gotten from a larger company.

   Personally, I don't think there's ever been a better time to be “small.” If you serve a market where there's maybe only 100,000 potential customers in the world, 50 years ago, you'd have to be located in New York or Paris or London in order to have enough customers to survive. Today, you can be in Peoria, and market and ship anywhere in the world you need to.]]>
