Speargun Band

is there a document proving that spearguns are now banned from the waters of Okinawa Japan?

I have heard this many places, but i havent been able to find any proof. Please help. By speargun, i mean it is powered by rubber bands and released with a trigger.

Regulations are written in Japanese only.

What type of bands should I put on my speargun?

I have a Rob Allen Sparid 900 with a 6.6mm double notch shaft and one 16mm band on it.i was thinking about making it more powerful but would it make it inaccurate?should i put 2 x 16mm bands on it or 1 x 18 mm band?which is better?

my speargun has 2 x 16mm bans on it. my dad and i were experimenting with it, and we put on 2 x 18mm bands. we are both pretty muscular guys and with the 2 x 16 bands, we could easyly shoot it with one hand and still hit our target. with the 2 x 16 bands, the sear goes about 15 feet. after we put the 2 x 18 it kicked like a mule. it was deadly accurate despite the kick. i would sy go with 2 x 18 bands if you think you up to the kick, if not just go with 1 x 16 and 1 x 18, or just 2 x 16
