me and me friends like to do drills in the pool like what they do in the seals and cost Gard snorkeling?

i need some ideas pls

if what u are asking they do in the "seals" and "coast gaurds" , then they tred water for hours on end. they do lots of swimming excercizes while wearing weights and involving weight. u must be one tuff guy if u can do this stuff like them. im rooting u on. good excercize. hope i helped.
