Can i use a scuba tank to fill my nitrogen tank?

i was wondering if i can use a scuba tank to fill nitrogen becausse i thought there was a difference between HPA and nitrogen
and yes this is for paintball and i was wondering if i can do this

Sure you can.
Of course there's a difference between HPA and N2. N2 is, well, entirely nitrogen. HPA is breathable air so it has oxygen and a bit of other stuff in it.
If you're using HPA for paintball, that'll work fine. If for something else, better look closely to be sure it's appropriate.
