does anyone know how to improve diving skills?!?

i am a diver [as in flips and stuff- not scuba diver] and i am a 15 year old girl. i really want to figure out how to improve my diving skills. i have 2 hour practices 4 days a week. i try really hard but i am not very good [i can only do the simple stuff] any ideas?? don't tell me to stop bc i am not good... i love doing it but i need help!
we already have cameras to watch me dive at the pool that i belong to

Ask your coach. She would be able to answer best based don your current performance. You can also look into other sports like gymnastics, tumbling, yoga and ballet to help you lengthen and gain flexibility and grace.

Scuba diving help?

ok i am advance scuba diving and i am looking to buy a new bc. i was looking at the Pro QD i was wonder if anybody has dove with it and the ones who dove with it if they liked it. or if not could recomend a other bc. and also was wonder if the Naui reascure dive course was hard any help would be great and thank's for the help

I did Rescue through PADI. I imagine the NAUI course would be every bit as rigorous.
Hard? If you're ready to take the material seriously and learn what it takes to keep yourself alive in the water and manage a dangerous situation that involves injured, panicking, or unconscious divers then it's about what you'd expect.
I am glad I took it. A significant piece of what I got from the course is a lot of personal confidence handling myself when stressed.

As far as BCs... not dove the Pro QD, but I've used ones like it. The one time I dove rough, cold water I was using my regular BC that has the bladder all on the back. It didn't work well when trying to get pulled together at the surface. A full wrap-around like the QD would have been a better choice in that case.
On the other hand, when I'm reef diving in warm water, I trim weights out very close, have no air in the BC at all, and want the thing out of the way. So I don't want the side bulk of a wrap around in that case.

Your choice of BC style is heavily driven by where you dive, what kind of diving you do, and your experience level.
