Steel bridge over river bed
Creek-ed back yard
Forested thick
Sweeps the Bay
I live.
Rapids flow my sorrow,
Courage raged tomorrow,
January melt- flooding swells
Gurgling a port-a-potty
Stench a filthy spoil.
Over spill pouring swiftly over banks
Sandbagging a patch of turmoil
Homes toppled mudslide fatal
Skiffs and paddle at get the mail.
Road closures re-direction
Start mapping a new course
Settle back let it drift by
Patience lost how much time.
Through the muck and "mierde" it got to you ... somehow.

how do you pack 12 gauge shells with military flettchets?

you basically treat the fletchets like shot, do all the normal processes as a normal shell until you get to loading the shot in the shot cup, put the fletchets into the cup(hopefully they're short enough to fit), as many as can fit snugly but not tightly, then seal the top and you should be done.
Any one of the three links you provided will be be sufficient for anchoring the shed to the foundation. If you want to use lag screws (as the instructions call for) you will need lead lag shields along with the lag screws. It's a very simple procedure to anchor things into concrete but the hard part is drilling the hole; unless you have a good hammer drill. Good luck.
