I agree with you but notebooks for that price and the one mentioned in this post has cheap processors which their performance will not be that great. Most cheap computer processors are Intel Celeron or Intel Atom, AMD Duron, etc…

To conclude, processor quality is not an issue if the computer will be used for regular home task, for businesses good quality computers with at least Intel Duo processor is needed.
