Is HPA the same thing as N2(Nitrox 2)?

can i fill a N2 tank with HPA air?

Compressed air and Nitrogen refer to the same thing. Air is mostly made up of nitrogren. That's why they call it either. Compressors compress the air we breathe to fill the tank.

I need a scuba experiment idea????

What is a good scientific experiment involving AIR and NITROX? Ill choose best answer to whoever gives me something fast and good. Thanks.

Air can go deeper than nitrox. Nitrox lasts longer than air at the same depth. So you can either 1) do timed pool dives on both air and nitrox and demonstrate that nitrox lasts longer or 2) put mice on SCUBA for both mixtures, drop them into the sea, and record the depth at which they start to convulse from oxygen toxicity and die. I'd go with the first one though.
